Oxford’s 2008 revenue topped $1 billion. In 2004, the Trumbull, Connecticut based company became a subsidiary of UnitedHealth Group, Inc. Currently, Oxford offers health plans to residents of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, New York, and Delaware through both individual and employer policies.
